We have strived to ensure all information on our website is correct, but some errors may remain and we can't accept responsibilty for the accuracy of all conten info and any consequence which arises from it.
Our standard prices exc. VAT at 20%, but this will be automatically calculated in the cart.
For non-United Kingdom customers, we will get in touch with a revised total, including details of international courier quotes, and VAT deducted where a relevant Tax code can be provided.
All orderers will receive a proof by email which must be approved. We accept no responsibility for errors in content or layout after they have been approved. If want to ensure colour accuracy, it is your responsibility to relay Pantone PMS codes. Where different board may vary by design, colour shades may vary from exact pantone.

DELIVERY TIME GUARANTEE
Only between first of November until Fifteenth of December SC Cards operate a 7 working days delivery guarantee, though often our delivery times are less still. This timescale is valid only on black & white printing, in addition to 1 and 2 colour jobs. For more colours, job timeframes will increase and we will provide an estimated dispatch date, at which point you will be given the right to accept/refuse.
United Kingdom standard delivery times assume 1 working day delivery after the dispatch day, as our couriers operate on next day delivery within mainland United Kingdom - the delivery guarantee is not valid for those outside the United Kingdom, nor if the delivery company fails to meet stated time targets. Quoted times are from date of approval/payment (which ever is latest).
You may cancel your order on receipt of an automated confirmation email. Orders cannot be cancelled once processed and approved by the customer.
As our goods are manufactured on demand, returns will only be viable if the cards are deemed faulty by the management or where there have been problems in their production.
We can only send replacement items when the original order has been returned to us.
It is the customer's responsibility make sure the cards come back to us in the condition they were received. Orders must be returned in their entirity full contents including documentation & envelopes.
If the management judge that the goods has been willfully damaged, misused, neglected, modified, adapted or repaired we cannot accept them. They must be packaged adequately to ensure no damage.
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return of the goods.
We advise that returns are made by a signed-for insured courier service as we cannot be responsible for goods in transit.
Delivery in Great Britain (excluding off-shore & Islands) is £6 unless otherwise notified.
It will normally be made within 5 working days (at most) of the order being dispatched.
The delivery service type used will depend upon the value of the product/s purchased.
Our courier parcels require a signature upon delivery and PO boxes will not be accepted.
If we can not deliver the goods within 2 weeks, you will be given the right to cancel and a refund will be issued, or we will agree a new delivery date

All issues raised will be held in confidentiality & will be handled fairly.
We will attempt to address your issue within 5 working days or, in rare instances, we will inform you why this resolution timescale can't be achieved (e.g. items on back-order) and how long it will take.
